[Food and diet] The VaLiD rule

  • Vegetal : We are originally herbivorous and our body can very well live without any animal products. We don’t need to mix in the same meal cereals and vegetables, it’s a groundless myth.

  • Diverse : This 3rd natural rule enables us to avoid any dietary sectarism and appreciate few types of industrial and animal food, for conviviality and our personal tastes, at the condition to avoid a regular and excessive consumption (as recommended by the food industries which goals are to sell their products and make a maximum of profit).

Various studies prouve that people getting close to a vegetarian diet were much well off than meat eaters, other studies prouve that those that lean to a vegan diet (no consumption of meat, milk, fish nor eggs) were much healthier than vegetarians !

Even so, you can also be a vegan and become sick if attention is not payed to a balanced psychology, mental and  spiritual (philosophy). Health is a combination of these 4 elements.

Food and diet is important but we have to take in account the whole (body, emotions, mental, spiritual).

Notice, consuming germinated seeds recenters the biological body and also improves the emotional body (try, you will see…).

The VaLiD rule enables to free oneself from rigid systems, conflict generating, to appreciate the complementarity of all the dietary schools and always eat more consciously, conciliantory to the pleasures of the palate with the pleasure of staying continually in good health while being naturally compatible with our biological body.

In connection, did you know that these famous spinach, presumed riched in iron, and that were force fed to entire generations of children, are an ordinary type of food on a scientific stand point ?

Their content in iron is not higher than those of other vegetables !

The history of medecine shows how a tiny small error can have impressive consequences. The explaination :

When one of the first scientific medical nutritionists wrote a book on food, he drew a table chart of the content in iron of different vegetables. For spinach, instead of writing 0.003 milligrams, the assistant writer made a mistake and wrote 3.000 mg !

As a result, in the table chart published in the book, spinarch seemed like the type of food that is exceptionaly rich in iron and everyone, based-referenced to this book, maintained the error.

An entire culture, where we saw Popeye the sailor obsorb spinach to get strenght, was born in this small coma error !

Likewise, the first researchers that worked on proteins, described meat proteins as “complete” while vegetal proteins were labelled as “incomplete”.

In fact, it is true that meat proteins contain all the amino-acids whereas vegetal proteins only contain some amino-acids.

Obviously, with this label, everyone wanted “complete proteins” thinking “incomplete proteins” were less good.

That is scientifically false because you only need to eat diverse vegetables to get all the amino-acids needed ! (the D of the VaLiD rule)

This label, that gave cultural superiority to animal proteins over vegetal proteins, was one of the reasons to the “beef civilization” that developed, in the Western world, a real cult for meat proteins.

All the official diet organizations engulfed in this mistaken concept, consisting in believing that the human being needs to eat meat and other animal products in order to be in good health (isn’t that what is taught by the System ?).

The result ? The “civilizational sicknesses” (try to google that term), that mostly come from an abondance of animal proteins, that slowly kill millions of people that die victims of their own ignorance on the scientific reality and the false advertising of the all-powerfull meat and milk industry (normal, they are here to sell their products).

For more details, you can read the book “Meat and milk, dangerous food for your health” (Viande et lait, des aliments dangereux pour votre santé, éditions Vivez Soleil). It presents studies that prouve that the more we eat vegetal, the better we are !

Just simply try to increase your percentage of vegetal, live and diverse food (VaLiD) for a few weeks. You will then be astounded by the improvements that you will obtain on your health !

[Food and diet] What you need to know about digestion

In my last article, I gave you the magical equation to have a good health.

Now, we will talk about digestion, because it is important to have basic knowledge on the subject.

Digestion requires energy. If what you eat needs additional energy to digest, your body will react by a lack of dynamism and tiredness. Valtrex buy online

It’s the case when you consume :

  • Alcohol
  • Animal meat
  • White bread
  • No cereal complete

Therefore this energy needed for digestion will  not be available for other functions, for example the intellect or physical. This explains why we feel tired all of a sudden after a big meal. Zithromax online

We can compensate with a nap, but if you are an employee, it is not possible (or you need to have a cool boss who has a minimum of knowledge in digestion processes, which is rare in today’s world of ”formatted companies”).

Nevertheless, you need a readaptation period before your body can draw most of the benefits of fruits and other food.

A progressive modification towards the 51% minimum appears necessary for the body before starting healthy again.

According to the latest scientific studies on the subject, the human body reacts better to a vegetarian diet than on a meat based diet.

A study carried in England revealed that during a lifetime, a British vegetarian costs 19,000 euros (£15,000 – $24,000) at the Department of social security,  whereas a British meat-eater costs 90,000 euros (£72,000 – $115,000) !

Research on human anatomy has demonstrated that we have a herbivorous anatomy and not carnivorous.
