[Food and diet] The VaLiD rule

Hello.

According to Swiss doctor buy Plan B Christian Tal Schaller, it is not the vegetarian diets that are difficult to balance but the carnivorous diets because their richness in proteins and grease leading to all sort of deficiencies in the human body (but is it the big food companies that will tell you this ?).

The optimized human diet needs to follow a VaLiD rule :
Cheap Lamisil

  • Vegetal : We are originally herbivorous and our body can very well live without any animal products. We don’t need to mix in the same meal cereals and vegetables, it’s a groundless myth.
  • Live : Biologicaly, our body needs enough live (raw) food to compensate its needs in vitamins and enzymes. Germinated seeds represent one of the best ways to gather at any moment these categories of food.
  • Diverse : This 3rd natural rule enables us to avoid any dietary sectarism and appreciate few types of industrial and animal food, for conviviality and our personal tastes, at the condition to avoid a regular and excessive consumption (as recommended by the food industries which goals are to sell their products and make a maximum of profit).

Various studies prouve that people getting close to a vegetarian diet were much well off than meat eaters, other studies prouve that those that lean to a vegan diet (no consumption of meat, milk, fish nor eggs) were much healthier than vegetarians !

Even so, you can also be a vegan and become sick if attention is not payed to a balanced psychology, mental and  spiritual (philosophy). Health is a combination of these 4 elements.

Food and diet is important but we have to take in account the whole (body, emotions, mental, spiritual).

Notice, consuming germinated seeds recenters the biological body and also improves the emotional body (try, you will see…).

The VaLiD rule enables to free oneself from rigid systems, conflict generating, to appreciate the complementarity of all the dietary schools and always eat more consciously, conciliantory to the pleasures of the palate with the pleasure of staying continually in good health while being naturally compatible with our biological body.

An anecdote given by Bruno : treating acne We ask little John, 7 years old, to say the prayer before a family meal. He closes his eyes, joins hands and exlaims : “Oh, please God, make the vitamins be in the dessert and not in the spinach !”

In connection, did you know that these famous spinach, presumed riched in iron, and that were force fed to entire generations of children, are an ordinary type of food on a scientific stand point ?

Their content in iron is not higher than those of other vegetables !

The history of medecine shows how a tiny small error can have impressive consequences. The explaination :

When one of the first scientific medical nutritionists wrote a book on food, he drew a table chart of the content in iron of different vegetables. For spinach, instead of writing 0.003 milligrams, the assistant writer made a mistake and wrote 3.000 mg !

As a result, in the table chart published in the book, spinarch seemed like the type of food that is exceptionaly rich in iron and everyone, based-referenced to this book, maintained the error.

An entire culture, where we saw Popeye the sailor obsorb spinach to get strenght, was born in this small coma error !

Likewise, the first researchers that worked on proteins, described meat proteins as “complete” while vegetal proteins were labelled as “incomplete”.

In fact, it is true that meat proteins contain all the amino-acids whereas vegetal proteins only contain some amino-acids.

Obviously, with this label, everyone wanted “complete proteins” thinking “incomplete proteins” were less good.

That is scientifically false because you only need to eat diverse vegetables to get all the amino-acids needed ! (the D of the VaLiD rule)

This label, that gave cultural superiority to animal proteins over vegetal proteins, was one of the reasons to the “beef civilization” that developed, in the Western world, a real cult for meat proteins.

All the official diet organizations engulfed in this mistaken concept, consisting in believing that the human being needs to eat meat and other animal products in order to be in good health (isn’t that what is taught by the System ?).

The result ? The “civilizational sicknesses” (try to google that term), that mostly come from an abondance of animal proteins, that slowly kill millions of people that die victims of their own ignorance on the scientific reality and the false advertising of the all-powerfull meat and milk industry (normal, they are here to sell their products).

For more details, you can read the book “Meat and milk, dangerous food for your health” (Viande et lait, des aliments dangereux pour votre santé, éditions Vivez Soleil). It presents studies that prouve that the more we eat vegetal, the better we are !

(The 51% rule that I talked about in my previous articles)

Just simply try to increase your percentage of vegetal, live and diverse food (VaLiD) for a few weeks. You will then be astounded by the improvements that you will obtain on your health !

[Experiment 2] Influence of cold on the germination of quinoa seeds

Hello.

The objective of this experiment is to verify the influence of cold on the germination of quinoa seeds.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 1

For this experiment, we need :
Retin-A to sale

  • Quinoa seeds
  • 2 seed trays

Above, a zoom on the box of quinoa seeds.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 3

Above, a zoom on the seed trays.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 4

The first thing to do (picture above) is to wash well the seed trays.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 5

Adding a small quantity of dish soap is a plus. Indeed, the seed trays cannot be washed in the machine.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 6

Seed trays are turned and dried in the sun (08/08/2012 at 1.30 pm).

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 7

3 hours later (4.30 pm), the seed trays are ready !

Please note that after an hour and a half, I turned them (opening on the top) to also dry the interior.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 8

There, we are ready. We have the seeds and tray ready !

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 9

A this point, it is very simple. You just need to add a tablespoon of seeds in the tray !

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 10

Voilà ! We now have a seed tray ready to start the experiment !

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 11

Above, a picture of the 2 seed trays. One will be placed in a fridge and the other will wait on the kitchen table.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 12

Here is the picture of the tray with quinoa seeds placed in the fridge.

At this point in the experiment, it is 5 pm. I plan to leave the tray at this place for 8 hours, so until 1 am. The other tray (number 2), as indicated, will wait on the kitchen table until the tray number 1 finishes its “preparation in the cold”.

Therefore, it will be possible to compare the influence of cold, before the germination phase, on the germination of quinoa seeds. We will then be able to know if “preparation in the cold” is advantageous to a better germination.

Soaking

As agreed, at 1 in the morning, I removed the tray 1 from the fridge and started the soaking process.

Soaking is a step that enables to activate (wake up) the seed.

Above, a picture of tray 1 after 8 hours in the fridge.

Soaking is something very simple. You juste need to put water in the tray then close it with the cover. That’s all !

Here, the trays have been filled with French Mineral Bottled Water Vittel (that’s all I had at hand).

Soaking time for quinoa is 2 hours. But that depends on the nature of the seeds.

For example, the time needed to soak cress seeds doesn’t exceed 1 hour. On the contrary, soaking time for corn seeds is near to 20 hours !

Germination

Once the 2 hours of soaking are over, you just need to empty the water :

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 15

And wait for the seeds to drip (tray up side down).

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 16

A fast job each day

Everyday, when you wake up and go to sleep, you need to humidify the seeds. For this, through the pierced cover, fill up half way the tray with water then shake well. Once this done, empty the water through the pierced cover and leave to drip.

The twice a day humidification job doesn’t take much time. Filling a half jar, shaking, emptying the water and leaving to drip doesn’t take more than a minute.

Here is a picture of quinoa seeds 15 hours after soaking (09/08/2012 at 6 pm) :

We can see that the seeds have already started to germinate.

Here is now a picture of “humidification night 1” :

Below, a picture of quinoa seeds 24 hours after soaking ended :

Here is now a picture of “humidification morning 2” :

Graines germées de quinoa, photo 20

On August 11th 2012 at 1 am in the morning, I carried out “humidification night 2”. Humidification is very important, especially during the summer, otherwise the seeds risk to get some sort of moulds. If humidification is done twice a day, normally there is no problem. A third humidification in the day can be a “plus” for the seeds.

If you have time, also think about untangling them so that they do not stay stucked together.

Germination des graines de quinoa, photo 21

August 11th 2012, 1 pm, I proceded to “humidification morning 3” :

Graines germées de quinoa, photo 22

With the size of the sprout, we can consider that they are now edible :

Graines germées de quinoa, photo 23

Always remember to rince them before eating.

Note : The germinating seed of quinoa has a light bitter taste. Given the fact that for many years we have been used  to a western industrial food diet, it is less likely that the “average consumer” will be able to eat a bowl of germinating seeds of quinoa in one shot. It is therefore recommended to eat by pinches, then stop when you feel the taste is too much. Personaly, I had many pinches in the day. It “raises the throat a bit”, which is not bad for talking (or singing). In any case, concerning me, that’s how I experienced it. It’s very light, no particular problems noted during the day. I even had the impression that it helped cope with headaches.

For dinner, I had a pretty “normal” meal in which I added a few light pinches of germinating seeds.

So there is, I think, few luck that an “average consumer” will change fast to a high consumption of germinating seeds of quinoa because our “western industrialized” palate is not used to it.

Consequently the idea is to simply eat a bit less of meat and to add a few pinches of germinating seeds in your food (at an acceptable amount for your palate). Thus, being mixed, it’s consumed easier. And you also increase your percentage of raw food, which can only be an advantage for you and your general health in the next weeks !

Here is a picture of “humidification night 3” :

Graines germées de quinoa, photo 24

Below, a picture of “humidification morning 4” :

Graines germées de quinoa, photo 25

Picture of “humidification night 4” :

Graines germées de quinoa, photo 26

Here is the last humidification (humidification morning 5) :

buy retin-a Graines germées de quinoa, photo 27

The first tray was used for my personal consumption. The content if the second seed tray was given to a vegan friend.

As a fact, if it’s the first time you try germinating seeds of quinoa, a simple seed tray (one tablespoon) is enough 🙂

Graines germées de quinoa, photo 28

I happen to eat a few pinches. But I mostly use it as a complementary ingredient in meals.

Conclusion

To answer the original question, I would say that the 8 hours in the fridge didn’t seem to me to have had an incidence on the germination speed.

[Food and diet] Introduction to raw food diet

[History] August 4th, 2012

Hello.

Before reading this article, please read the 2 previous ones :

In this article, we are going to talk about salivation and raw food diet.

Salivation

Salivation is the impregnation of food by saliva during mastication.

Unknown phenomenon, more than mastication itself, what counts during the transit of food in the mouth is salivation, that’s why it is recommended to chew well our food.

It is advisable to following Gandhi’s say : “Chew your drink and drink your food”.

As a fact, salivation is what we call pre-digestion and represents 1/3 of digestion. If food is well chewed and salived, it will be perfectly absorbed, thus nutritious, without being heavy.

Introduction to live (raw) food and diet.

Our body is built for the food created and available in nature.

There are 2 types of food that you can absorb:

  • Biogenic food (cereals, germinated seeds and young vegetable sprouts) and bioactive food (fruits and vegetables) generating and activating life.
  • Biostatic and biocidic food (stocked, cooked or refined) that slow down and kill life.

When we eat, our body spends a lot of energy to absorb food, primarily to transform proteins and carbohydrates into amino acid, with 8 essential.

Some food contain these 8: quinoa or a mix of rice and lentil for example !

Nutriments of certain types of food like germinated seeds are already in amino acid form, providing the body with its vital needs without using energy during digestion!

During a period of biogenic and bioactive diet, we can regenerate and heal from diseases.

We have to know that on a human biological stand point, cooked food is considered as a foreign entity in our body, thus sending white blood cells (phenomenon called “digestive leucocytosis”).

Eating 51% of live (raw) food prevents this phenomenon and ables absorption of all we eat!

Live (raw) food simply represents a diet that favours largely food with a high rate of nutriments necessary for the human body. To have a high rate of nutriments , as defined these food have to be natural, not transformed, not having any chemical additives, and be easily absorbed by the human body.

What are the kind of food in a live (raw) diet ?

Raw food, organic, germinated seeds, fresh fruit or vegetable juice and young sprout juice like wheat grass juice.

Anyone can add all or parts of these food to their usual diet, according to the goals set.

What and to who does it profit to know about live (raw) food and diet ?

Our western diets are composed of a lot of transformed food and industrial agriculture.

On the one hand, our actual meals do not contain enough nutriments. On the other hand, they make us take in pesticide residues, artificial aromas, colouring and preservatives that we now know have significant consequences on our health.

Following closely a live (raw) diet, at the level chosen by each, is coming back to a diet that is in tune with the original and natural needs of the human body, being so one of the means to preserve and restore health. where to buy Indocin

This diet is destined to all, small and big, healthy or sick.

The Hippocrate center in the USA has been using this diet for more than 50 years in order to restore durably the  health of severly sick people.

Examples of live (raw) food

We call live (raw) food, food favouring life in respect of the needs of the human body, in other words food supplying a sufficient quantity of easy to absorb nutriments for the human biology.

Since the 1950s, the food and agricultural industries have been offering more and more practical food, attractive and fast to eat but resulting in the end in highly transformed products, with lots of chemical additives (colouring, preservatives, synthetic aromas,..), and therefore very distant from their initial goal given by nature, with as consequence a harmful effect on healh.

Live (raw) food offers on the contrary to consume food that is mainly raw, organic and with vegetal origin.

With this rule, the suggested food will contain very good quality amino acid, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, dietary minerals, oxygen, enzymes and vegetal hormones.

Cooked food are to be avoided as much as possible order Ventolin according to your taste and possibilities, because cooking detroys parts of the vitamins as well as the enzyms that are completely destroyed over 40 degree celcius.

Here is a list of live (raw) food :

  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Germinated seeds (lentil, alfalfa, peas, brocoli, …)
  • Oleaginic plants (nuts, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, almonds, …)
  • Germinated cereals (wheat, kamut, rye, buckwheat, …)
  • Seaweed
  • Fresh pollen

Personally, I know people that have gone 100% live (raw) food and diet (that is not my case). The idea is mostly to inform on these discoveries that we are talking about, in order for everyone to adapt their diet according to their culture, personal tastes, activities and life objectives.

The Transition Project has the goal to inform, not to tell people what they should do. After reading this information, it is your own to change or not your diet according to your philiosophy and personal thoughts on food and diet in order to take in this address what could improve your life and help reach these philosophical objectives.

[Food and diet] What you need to know about digestion

[History] August 3rd, 2012

Hello.

In my last article, I gave you the magical equation to have a good health.

Now, we will talk about digestion, because it is important to have basic knowledge on the subject.

Digestion requires energy. If what you eat needs additional energy to digest, your body will react by a lack of dynamism and tiredness. Valtrex buy online

It’s the case when you consume :

  • Alcohol
  • Animal meat
  • White bread
  • No cereal complete

Therefore this energy needed for digestion will  not be available for other functions, for example the intellect or physical. This explains why we feel tired all of a sudden after a big meal. Zithromax online

We can compensate with a nap, but if you are an employee, it is not possible (or you need to have a cool boss who has a minimum of knowledge in digestion processes, which is rare in today’s world of ”formatted companies”).

In that way, many historical figures (Carl Lewis, Albert Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci, Gandhi, …) did not consume this type of food to have a digestion with the minimum energy and use the rest of this energy wisely (physical and intellectual work).

Simply eating 51% végétarian allows an easier assimilation for the body, leading to a fermentation that ensures the start-up of all of the body’s regenerative functions.

You also have to think about the therapeutical contribution of every food as such. As a fact, it’s in nature that we found the magic molecules used to synthetize aspirine and guronsan.

Nevertheless, you need a readaptation period before your body can draw most of the benefits of fruits and other food.

In Dr Raymond Dextreit’s “Vivre sain, guide de l’alimentation naturelle (Live healthy, a guide to natural food and diet)”, we learn that almost all diseases come from over-eating bad food in addition.

This ”over-eating bad food” destoys the stomach. The human body cannot draw the slightest energy from the food intakes, even being a healthy diet, because of being clogged by fat and waste (toxins). This state constitues the ideal playground for pathologies

A progressive modification towards the 51% minimum appears necessary for the body before starting healthy again.

A sudden change in the food-diet is dangerous. If you want to find again a ”healthy inside”, you need to change your ways of eating generic Valtrex online progressively.

A straight change (to 51% minimum from night to day) will not be good for your body’s health.

Regards.
